How RouteCheck works
A LiDAR survey of the delivery route that answers one question before the van is ever loaded: will it actually fit?
The office books the survey
Someone in the office creates the job on the dashboard — the customer, the address, the item, and its packed and unpacked dimensions (W × H × D). The job syncs to the assigned crew member's phone, along with the access checkpoints to measure (front door, hallway, stairs, turns, the room itself).
The crew scans the route on site
The crew opens the job in the app and walks the delivery route. Using the phone's LiDAR sensor, RouteCheck measures the real clearance at every checkpoint and compares it against the item's actual size — no tape measures, no eyeballing.
Packed and unpacked, both checked
A boxed item is bigger than the furniture inside it. RouteCheck checks both: if the packaged box won't fit but the unpacked item will, that's a deliverable job with a note to unpack — not a wasted trip. Only a genuine failure is called a failure.
Works even with no signal
Basements and rural drops rarely have coverage. Every scan is saved on the device first, so the crew is never blocked. The moment the phone is back online, results sync to the office automatically.
The office gets a clear verdict
A report lands on the dashboard: a pass, a conditional (deliverable with a caveat), or a fail — with the tightest clearance and photos of every pinch point. The office can act before the delivery is ever loaded.
Three verdicts, no ambiguity
Pass
Clears the whole route. Load it and go.
Conditional
Deliverable with a caveat — tight spot, or unpack on site.
Fail
Won't fit. Deal with it before the delivery, not at the door.
